It’s good to be back home.
The walls are taller. It feels spacious. We have a balcony which makes for a very nice time if you want to look at the rain, like I did today. Being home means I also have access to my desk again. And an eye-level seating arrangement for my laptop.
I do miss the Big City already. We can no longer just go out and get something. Being home means we need to use our e-scooter or take the car out for even something trivial. You can’t just walk. You can no longer just go to the park anytime you wish to.
Still, that house was suffocating and that alone changing is very, very good news.
